What equipment do I need for this program?

All you need is a kettlebell or two and a small workout space at home.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Just 2–3 hours per week of working out. You're also required to accumulate 7,500-10,000 steps spread throughout your day. Most men will break this up into chunks, with many clients using treadmills at home while they work. Our program is designed for busy professionals.

What results can I expect?

Most clients shed 20–30+ lbs and significantly increase their strength in just 16 weeks. It is completely doable to shed 1.5-2.5 lbs per week ongoing until you reach your weight goal. All of our men level up to 70-100 pound kettlebells with expert-level technique.
